"Oldies but Goldies" or is it "Blast From the Past", or could it be "They've Still Got It" ......... hmmmm

Hey, here's a sight that tells you things must be going well, when even the boss can get out in the middle and mix it up with the rest of them

See if you recognise who these mentors from the past are, doing their bit for "the team".  Don't know if you noticed them last Sunday, but we certainly did.

Good on ya girls, ..... ladies, ..... um ... well, you know what I mean.

If you're not sure, They are from the top, Pole Kassman (Price Waterhouse Coopers), President - POMNA and current coach of the Pepe's, Weka Pala (Johnstons Pharmacy), Senior Umpire, Margaret Sulia (Hardware Haus) - Treasurer, PCNC and Ani Iamo (PNG Sports Foundation) of the PNG Sports Foundation.  Hiding in the stack are also shots of the former President of the PCNC, Margaret Embahe.

Great to see they're fit and well and doing their bit for netball.

On a more serious note, Near the Hoop is ratifying tables and scores before posting them this week.  This is an important period in the comp as where the teams rank toward the end of round 1 establishes how hard they have to fight ot get to the semi's, which are not that long away.
